- Each team will start the draft with $1,000 (5x the ESPN value) minus keeper costs if applicable.
- Commissioner will call out a player and the bidding will begin.
- Your draft will end when either A) your roster is full or B) you have no money left.
- In the event of having no more money and roster spots still needing to be filled, it will be up to the owner to pick players off the waiver wire in order to fill your roster.

- The price of your keeper after year 1 is A) price of the player from draft or B) $50…. whichever is greater
- Players kept from the waiver wire cost $50
- Price of your keeper after year 2 is A) ESPN Value (x5 due to Deuce Cup auction price inflation) or B) $50… whichever is greater
- Players can only be kept for 2 years – after which the player goes back into the player pool available for auction/waiver pickup.
- If a drafted player gets dropped to waivers and then gets picked up and kept by another team, the price for that keeper is what the player was originally drafted for.
- Player auction values and keeper status migrate with the player through trades/waiver dumps.

- Loser of the league must place the license plate bracket on their primary vehicle no later than 1 week after the final game of the fantasy season. Loser forfeits option to keep players for the season and begins auction with $900 (loss of $100) for failure to do so.
